Same Day Shipping & Expedited Shipping
Same day shipping is a top priority for us. We strive to ship all in-stock items ordered on Monday-Friday by 4:30 p.m. EST within the same day they are ordered.
Economy orders and in-stock items with free/promotional shipping will ship within 3 business days.
Please note that due to carrier pickup schedules orders placed on Friday through Sunday with expedited shipping (Next Day Air or 2 Day) will not be shipped until the next business day.
You will receive an email with a tracking number where you can track the status of your shipment.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on most orders over $89 within the United States. There are certain items due to size that are not eligible for Free Shipping. If you add one of these items to your cart it will show a shipping charge instead of $0 shipping. Free shipping is only applicable for the Continental United States and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Promotional Shipping
Orders that qualify for promotional shipping rates (Free Shipping) will be shipped via the most cost-effective method. Free shipping is only applicable for the Continental United States and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Be advised that transit times can be 7-14 business days. Also, be sure to note your order with a PO Box if you cannot receive USPS. If Ground Shipping is also offered, you may select this option to upgrade your shipping.
Oversize/overweight charges may still apply to some items, and orders containing these items are not eligible for Free Shipping. Orders with a cart weight over 80 lbs are excluded from this offer. Some products are also excluded from Promotional Free Shipping (Orders over $89) such as Everpure OCS, Everpure Food Service, Hoshizaki, T&S Brass, Hanna Instruments, Cuno - 3M Fluid Purification, Colder products, water coolers, water cups, PEX tubing, water fountains, well tanks, distillers, commercial RO membranes, media & resins, equipment pads and RO/UV systems.
Oversized/Overweight Items FAQ
Additional shipping fees for large or heavy items such as calcite bags, storage tanks, UV systems, commercial RO systems, whole house pumps, water coolers, and many others may be applied during checkout. Many items on our website exceed 150 lbs. Please contact us for questions about orders exceeding 150 lbs.
What are the maximum dimensions allowed to avoid oversize fees?
Oversize/Large packaging is anything where the cubic inches of the packaging is greater than 130 cubic inches OR if any side of the package is 96" or longer. The cubic dimensions of the package are determined by using the formula Length + (2*Width + 2*Height). Length is always measured using the longest dimension on the package.
